Our Machine Bed with 12mm steel full board welding structure, adding stiffeners good rigidity, high strength; after large CNC gantry milling machine 8 * 2.5m precision machining, all welding parts are more than 24 hours of aging fade fire treatment (fade is Kg of the price), to eliminate pre-stress, and effectively prevent the structural deformation; other manufacturers using pipe welding structure, rail parallelism can not be guaranteed.
Our laser cutting machine bed has undergone formal 48-hour heat treatment, long-term cooling, and precision machining。The rack mounting surface of the bed is milled by japan high-precision gantry milling machine to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool. Accuracy reaches 0.02mm.
2.One-piece cast aluminum beam.
Cast aluminum achieves the lightest weight when stability is required, so that the machine tool can still run stably without shaking even when it reaches 1.5G acceleration. The one-piece beam can ensure that the beam remains stable and does not shake during high-speed movement.
As shown in the figure 2 below, the beam (from other china supplier)is only connected with the machine tool by screws, and the machine tool will loosen when it runs, affecting the cutting accuracy.
